Weekend Recap

We had a long weekend, which is why you didn't see a post yesterday.  So here is my weekend recap complete with a status on where I stand on Pinterest project..

Friday

Rick’s cousins’ engagement party

Saturday

Local art festival

Mass

Dinner with Rick’s family to celebrate his birthday

Watching the Buckeye game (though I don’t know why I bother anymore)  - I watched half, the good half, I went to bed at halftime and I'm so glad I did.

Sunday

Drop Chloe off at my parents to for the night

Road trip to Cincinnati/Newport area for the night

IKEA trip (please, oh please let this happen) - I knew this wouldn't happen.

Dinner at Hofbrahaus (you read about this fantastic place in this post)

Settle in at the hotel

Monday (we took Monday off for Rick's birthday)

A visit to the Newport Aquarium

 

I keep talking about finishing my Pinterest projects and I keep procrastinating finishing the project.  Well you can't finish something if you haven't even started.  So I plan to start on the yarn wreath I've been drooling over here.  I guess this means I need to go to the craft store to buy the wreath!
