A Recipe Favorite of Adalyn's

Back in September we went apple picking at a favorite local farm of ours and at the end of that post I provided a quick, easy applesauce recipe perfect for a baby who is just starting to eat solid foods as it contains 2 ingredients: apples & cinnamon!  It has been one of my go to recipes since Addie was about 8 months old that I continue to make for her monthly.

Adalyn's Applesauce Recipe
4 apples, peeled, cored and diced
Cinnamon to your preference

Toss diced apples into crock-pot.  Add desired cinnamon and cook for 2 hours on high in crock-pot.  Stir periodically.

It takes about 10 minutes of coring and peeling the apples and then a couple hours of your crock pot doing its thing.  The recipe makes a huge batch of applesauce that Addie just can't get enough of.
