Be them good or bad, we're responsible for molding her into who she will be one day. That's an incredibly scary thing to stop and think about. Both Rick and I are fairly intelligent when it comes to book smarts so I imagine she will pick up some intelligence from both of us. We're both particularly skilled at math and science which are good skills to know later in life. I know I always joke about her head size being as though she's at 95% in comparison to other children her age, but it has to be try right?
The second thing I hope she learns from me is kindness. I can't say it any better than Henry James says below.
Also, I'd love for her to take on our love of all things Ohio State. I honestly don't know what we'd do if she doesn't grow up as passionate about Ohio State as our family is.
No matter what, I know she'll grown up to be amazing because she's mine and I'll always love her like only a mother can!
I hope you have a little Ohio State fan on your hands. I worry about a divided house too!! :) haha
