Alright, to the good stuff, here's a recipe for Parmesan Chicken that I found via Pinterest. I made my own variation to the recipe I found which I've listed below. Also, here's a pic I grabbed from the Pinterest recipe. It does end up looking this tasty when finished. It was fabulous!
Serves 4
4 large chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
1 cups breadcrumbs
½ cup parmesan (I used the fake shaker stuff)
S&P to your preference
1/2 tsp paprika
1 egg beaten
1 cups breadcrumbs
½ cup parmesan (I used the fake shaker stuff)
S&P to your preference
1/2 tsp paprika
1. Place a large frying pan with olive oil over a medium heat.
2. If the chicken breasts are thick, thin them out with a mallet.
3. Combine the breadcrumbs with the cheese, salt and paprika on a plate.
4. Place the beaten egg in a bowl (big enough to dunk the chicken into).
5. First dunk the chicken in the egg mix, let drip off and then place onto the breadcrumb mix coating well.
6. Place the chicken in the frying pan and brown on each side for approximately 2 minutes. Bake off chicken in 350 degree oven until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with your favorite noodles & pasta with a sprinkle of cheese.
